QUESTION: my sons car was towed last week and the battery was disconnected. Since then his alarm will not work and the doors will not open with the device to use to open. We were told by disconnecting the battery the computer has to be reprogrammed. Is this true?

ANSWER: try using the remote to lock and unlock the car doors.



With the drivers door CLOSED try locking and unlocking the drivers door using the key.
