Cadillac Repair: 1993 Cadillac DeVille Passenger Seat Control Switch Does Not Work, cadillac deville, control switch

Question
Is there a fuse involved with this switch?  Does this switch pop out of the door panel without special tools?  What do I need to look for to get my passenger back to its working stage?

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
