QUESTION: I pulled codes (in this order) p023 history, p025 history, p083 history, i052 history, a040 history, no sir codes, no tcs codes, s036 history, s044 history, s062 history. I tried to clear them with the "clear codes" prompt to no avail. I replaced the idle speed actuator because it was clicking and stripped, I also replaced the throttle body seal at the same time only cause i had to. helped a little but it still has a pretty bad idle surge on cold start, and no matter what temp the engine is it has a stumble from just off idle to approx. 25% throttle. once warmed up it idles fine and beyond quarter throttle drives fine and has no misfires. thank you

QUESTION: I completed the list and everything was cleared out thank you. My problem is that the P023 history , P025 current, and P083 history came back on shortly after. could you tell me what those are?

Answer
P023 = ignition control circuit problem.

P025 = 24x reference signal low.

P083 = 24x signal high.
