Cadillac Repair: STALING, electric fuel pump, pep boys

I HAVE A 92'DEVILL,AND WHEN IT GETS LOW ON GAS AND I COME TO A ABRUPT STOP IT CUTS OFF.I TOOK IT TO PEP BOYS AND THEY SAID THAT THIER WAS NOTHING WRONG,CAN YOU HELP

If it does NOT do this with afull tank of gas, Then in most cases the fault is the small rubber hose that connects the electric fuel pump in the gas tank to the metal pickup tool is loose and or deteriorated and needs to be replaced. I would STRONGLY suggest that if you have high mileage on the vehicle to go ahead and replace the fuel pump assembly.
