Cadillac Repair: Cadillac 1995 4.9L, timing chains, fuzes

Question
I have a 1995 Cadillac De'ville that will get spark and gas, but will not start. Checked all fuzes and they are good. Have replaced the ECM. Everything works, just wont start. Thought it was the Crankshaft but in an early chat read the 4.9L doesnt have one.

If your positive your getting FUEL and SPARK the next step is a compression test on all cylinders to see if one of the timing chains is broke or jumper some teeth on the gears due to a faulty tensioner.
