QuestionQUESTION: why does my a/c kick on & off and i cannot turn it off. i was told that it could be a relay, but don't know how to replace, also i press on the gas and the car acts like it's getting any gas at first then it starts to pick up. what could it be?

QUESTION: yes the check engine light is on. today when i hit the gas and tried to pull off it cut off and when i got it back started i had to push down on the gas softly in order for it to go or it would cut back off.

1. Turn ON the ignition switch but do not start the engine.
2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control display for 3 seconds and release them.
3. Look at your fuel data display and you will see combinations of LETTERS & NUMBERS appear along with the word HISTORY or CURRENT with each code that displays.
4. Tell me EXACTLY what you see on the display as if you were video taping it.
5. the display will stop at PCM?.
6. Turn ignition OFF.
