Cadillac Repair: brakes, rear drums, power brakes

I HAVE A 88 BROUGHAM THAT THE BRAKES STOP WORKING IT SOUNDS LIKE AIR IN THE LINES SO I BLED THE LINES ON THE TWO REAR DRUMS AND PUT MORE BRAKE FLUID IN IT AND IT STILL TAKES YOU SLAMMING THE BRAKE PEDAL IN THE FLOOR TO STOP SO CAN YOU HELP ME

If your problem is that the brake pedal feels like the old style vehicles that did not have power brakes and the pedal is very hard to press down in order to stop the car, The fault is a ruptured diaphram seal in the brake booster.

Replace the brake booster.
