Cadillac Repair: ABS BRAKES 1990 Cad Fleetwood, abs brakes, exact system

Orange ABS and RED Brake Lights on. Brake petal stiff and hardly stops the car. No visable leaks anywhere. What is another name for the "accumulator" (black ball next to resivoir}? Any suggested repair items or issues???

It is called an accumulator and causes these exact system lights to illuminate. Finding one is going to be fun as they only used this system 1 year. Before replacing it you MUST depressurize the system due to the massive pressures in the system. I believe a friend of mine gave you some information on this question.
