ALL ELECTRICAL WORKED BUT WHEN I TURNED THE KEY IT WOULDNT EVEN CLICK.THE NEXT DAY WE TRIED TO JUMP IT AGAIN WITH THE SAME RESULTS EXCEPT THIS TIME IT SAID WAIT 3 MINUTES.NOTHING.WE CHANGED THE BATTERY AND NOTHING.WHAT COULD IT BE?

Answer
You are having a problem with the PASS-KEY THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM.

Fault could be:

ignition key.
ignition lock cylinder on steering column.
wiring from steering wheel lock cylinder to PASS-KEY module.
PASS-KEY MODULE.
Starter relay.

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
