Yes it does not blow a fuse when the ac is off, and as soon as u turn the ac on the fuse 25a ac and instrument panel fuse blows

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I need to e-mail you pictures of 2 different fuse panels because I do NOT show a 25 amp fuse for the A/C in a 1989 brougham, Eldorado or seville.
