Cadillac Repair: Eldo Alarm, dash lights, safety switch

Question
on a 97 Eldo ETC the dash lights flash (P.R.N.D.3.2.1) altogether, what might be the problem? It will not start as if battery is dead (but it is good).

sounds like a shorted neutral starter safety switch that needs to be replaced, adjusted and installed.You will need Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
