Answer
Hi Edgar,

When you check for codes you need to be concerned about how many times a number blinks because it means the differance between a current code/something is wrong now and a history code/something happened sometime ago but is ok now. So for your codes if the 34 blinked 3 times I would look at the back middle of the throttlebody and find the 1" rubber vacuum hose that goes to a nylon line and then on to the MAP sensor. What happens is the hose gets a hole at the bottom or cracks real bad and then a vacuum leak occurs which sets the code. The 52 means that the battery was probably disconnected or the ECM lost power.

What I would do is check the vacuum hose and replace as necessary. Then go into diagnostics and when it gets to 70 push off and hi fan at the same time and hold it for 3-5 seconds or until it shows 00. Then exit diagnostics and then reenter diagnostics to make sure the codes are gone. Then drive the car as you normally would and hopefully the service soon or service now lights will remain off. But should eithor one come back on you will know that there should be only current codes stored that caused the light to turn on.

I hope that answers your question. Bill
