Cadillac Repair: aircondition, test procedures, e mail

2002 Cad. Dev. v8 I have a clicking noise that sound that it is coming from the middle of the dash and my air only comes out on the floor regardless of the position I put it in.

Sounds like a faulty A/C-Heater programmer or air door actuator.  You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
