Cadillac Repair: Fuel Pump Diagnostic, fuel pump relay, cadillac deville

I own a 1999 Cadillac Deville.  My wife ran the car out of gas...  After she put gas back it...it wouldn't start.  It is not getting gas.
I have checked the fuse and fuel pump relay unit...and both are fine.
Not hearing any noise from the electric fuel pum.
Is there any reset switch...or is the fuel pump dead?

There is NO RESET for the pump. Replace the pump.
