Motorcycle Repair: 82 xls sportster, keyways, keyway

Hello.I have an 82 xls sportser 1000 i ordered new crankshaft assembly bearings.and new driveshaft bearing and noticed what look like two keyways that came with the bearing set one large one small am a little confused about where they go,do they go in the case or on the crank assembly,,thanks for your time.yes i am a beginner and i guess the question shows it..lol

You should have one keyway for the crankshaft. Not sure why they sent you two.
For a little help for you. for the crankshaft, did you juet get the bearings? If you did you will hae to mic the bearings and the crankshaft and then hone the rods to fit them.
