Cadillac Repair: cadillac codes, fuel pump, test procedures

I just bought a 1995 Cad Sedan Deville.I keep geting a service engine soon message on the dash display . The current codes are PO19 & AO13. History code was AO50. Cleared codes but they come back. Whats the next step if you can help me

P019 = shorted fuel pump circuit.

A013 = In-car temp circuit problem. You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
