Cadillac Repair: where to start looking for answers on codes, poor mileage, wal mat

my wife took my car to get an oil change at wal mat and my car came back running like crap.....  i am getting poor mileage and the car sometimes shutsdown i am getting the following codes that are current:P132, R024 and alot of history codes can anyone help?

P132 = Faulty KNOCK SENSOR.

R024 = Steering column voltage to HIGH for the air bag system.
