Cadillac Repair: 1987 Cadillac Sedan Deville, coolant temp, cadillac sedan deville

The cooling fans on my 1987 Cadillac Deville will not run.   I test the fans by hot wireing the fans and they came on. When i start the car and turn on auto for the A/C i get the coolant temp fan light. Need help do not know what to do.

In most all cases the fault is either the relays and or the fan control module.
