Cadillac Repair: my parking lights stay on all the time on my 1993 sedan deville, headlight switch, light switch

i replaced the headlight switch and sentenial light switch if i pull the fuse the lights go out but still my battery goes dead have an alarm system but disconnected it still does it can u help me ty
