Cadillac Repair: 99 Deville Security System, switch problem, door switch

I own a 99 DeVille in great shape I love the car.
But today i go out to the car and the alarm will not disengage when i use the key can u tell how to disarm the alarm or fix the problem

Answer
If you can disarm the system using the remote but cannot disarm it via the door key this would indicate an internal door switch problem which will require removal of the door panel to test the switch.You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
