Cadillac Repair: 1998 DeElegance will not turn, electrical schematics, starter solenoid

Hi,
I have a Cadillac DeElegance 1998 about 87k miles Engine will not turn when I turn Ignition. When I turn the key in the Ignition, the Head Lights stay and they do not dim, I hear one click and during that time the dashboard display turns off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Could be a faulty starter relay and or starter solenoid.  You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
