QUESTION: problem with both front doors driver side will not latch and pass side will not open both back doors are fine

ANSWER: Without seeing this fault it is hard to say what it could be.

Open the drivers door and look in the latch assembly where the round pin goes into the slot in the door. If you see something like a piece of metal in the way, Push and hold the door button and push or pull that piece of metal back out of the way.

As for the drivers side you will have to remove the inside door panel in order to see if the metal rod has come loose from the button.
