Cadillac Repair: 94 cadilac deville, service engine soon light, cadilac

My service engine soon light has been coming on and off for a few months. I checked the codes on my vehicle by pressing the heat and off buttons. The following codes came up:
PO39 history
PO52 history
PO85 current
NO IPC
NO ACP
NO SIR
PCM?
What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?

P085 means that the throttle angle is to HIGH.

Has anyone adjusted the idle speed or worked on the engine components lately ?.
