Cadillac Repair: Cadillac 1998 sls rear windows, electrical schematics, rear windows

Question
The lockout light on the driver panel was on and would not shut off when depressing the button.  When I put down a rear window the window will not go up. Both rear windows will not work now and the lockout light is out.

What is a LOCKOUT LIGHT ?.
