Cadillac Repair: 2002 Escalde key and start problem, escalde, auto parts store

Like an idiot I inserted a key from one of my other cars in the ignition to start Escalade when I realized this I of course took out the wrong key (with a little trouble it was somewhat tight. Now/then when I went to put the correct Escalade key in to start I can not get it to turn. What can I or do I now need to do?? Thanks.

Go to any auto parts store and buy a small tube of powdered graphite and spray it into the lock cylinder and start working the CORRECT key in and out a liitle bit at a time so see if you can free up the tumblers in the ignition lock.

Do NOT use any type of liquid as there is an electrical contact inside the lock cylinder and you can possibly cause damage to it.
