Cadillac Repair: 85 deville, radiator cooling fan, electrical schematics

hi, my radiator cooling fan is barely turning whats wrong ?  what can cause a lean exhaust mixture? thanks

If your radiator fan is electric, Could be a faulty:

fan motor.
fan control relays or module.

Lean exhaust can be caused by low fuel pressure and to high of an engine temp.

IS or HAS the check engine light ever illuminated on the dash ?. If it HAS, I need to know what fault codes are stored in the computer.
