Cadillac Repair: AC HEATER, silicone spray, window channels

Question
I have a 1993 Deville Sedan. No matter what I do I can not get my A/C working. Youll hear a little noise like somethings opening like a woosh or something to that effect but no air at all now even a little. Any help?
Side Question My windows screech when rolled down.

You have a fault within the AC/Heater programmer system. You will need several pictures with directives and this website, Which is not mine, Only allows ONE picture, You will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com

Spray some silicone spray from a spray can down along the sides of the window channels to lubricate the rubber guides.
