I have a code c1242 & c1278. I had a problem with a broken line and now I need to know how to use the on-board computer to clear the codes. Could you help.

1. Retrieve the codes and the display AFTER the codes display should show PCM?

1. Keep pressing and releasing the LO button until you see TCS?

2. Push and release the HI button and you should see TCS DATA?.

3. Keep pushing and releasing the LO button until you see TCS CLEAR CODES?

4. Press and release the HI button and you should see TCS CODES CLEAR.

5. Turn OFF ignition.
