Cadillac Repair: 1995 Cadillac Sedan Deville wont turn over, cadillac sedan deville, security light

My1995 Cadillac Sedan Deville won't turn over. I tried to start it and it just seems
like the car is completely dead. But for some reason it is giving me this buzzing
noise. Someone thinks it is a security problem. This must be a manufacturer
security because I never installed one. It seems like I'm not getting anything
from the battery but I'm not sure what's going on .

Is your SECURITY light illuminated on the dash or the check engine light ?.

Most likely you have a fault with the PASS-KEY system which will require a graet amount of pictures and information of which you can get by e-mailing: onlineautohelp@msn.com
