Cadillac Repair: 93 fleetwood leaking oil, engine gasket, true miracle

I have a 1993 Fleetwood that is leaking oil while its running. The leak is in the rear of the engine, looks near the location of the filter. I was thinking of the rear engine gasket...how much is involved in fixing it?

If you can find a Cadillac that does NOT have an oil leak, you have found a true miracle.

Without seeing this leak it could be coming from the filter the filter housing gasket or even the rear main engine seal which would require removal of the engine to replace the seal/
