QUESTION: the codes were 13 & 44..so i'm installing a new oxygen sensor and per your advice cleaning the throttle body plate. thank you

Answer
13 means inoperative oxygen sensor.

44 means lean running exhaust due to inoperative oxygen sensor.

To Clear these 2 codes AFTER you replace and clean the throttle body:

Re-enter diagnostics via the OFF and WARMER buttons and after the codes appear and the display stops at .7.0, Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI buttons until you see E.0.0 and release the buttons.

Turn ignition key OFF.
