Cadillac Repair: 98 Cadillac Windshield Wipers, windshield wipers, wiggle test

My windshield wipers have been occasionally cutting out. They'll work, and then
they won't. When they work there is full functionality, and when they don't, they
won't even squirt windshield cleaner.
Any idea?

Intermittent issues like that are the toughest to accurately diagnose. My "guess" would be the switch but it certainly could be virtually anything. Check the harness connections and if they look good, do a "wiggle" test by turning on the wipers and then wiggling the harness and connections to see if you can affect the wiper operation.
