Cadillac Repair: Headlights dont work, twilight sentinel, electrical schematics

Question
The headlights on my wife's 88 Cadillac Brogham just don't come on. I was looking for the fuse box, couldn't find it. If I can locate the fuse box with your help, could it be just a breaker or a fuse, or is there something integral that needs to be looked at by a professional? The car is in good shape, and have never had any electrical concern except for a battery.

Does the vehicle headlight system have the TWILIGHT SENTINEL system ?. Identified by a seperate ring around the headlight switch or is it just a plain knob ?.

Can you read an electrical schematic as I have one for your vehicle that will show you where everything is located.

The circuit breaker is contained within the headlight switch.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a wire connector  may have been knocked loose. Look around in the area where work was performed.
