Cadillac Repair: Strong idle, coolant fluid, engine moves

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1989 Cadillac Deville 4.5L V8 FWD. This problem started to occur when the weather got cold. I would be warmimg the car and when I would pull off it would jerk a little bit. So to avoid that, I would pump the gas then pull off. It would still jerk then too, but not when I would pull off. Then one day while stopped next to a wall, the engine sounded really loud. Then I let the brake go, and the car went fast, what I mean is, up a hill, the car moved up it without me pressing the gas. The engine was loud in park and neutral, but not in drive or reverse. I thought it was from pressing the gas when I would warm it up, so I stopped. The problem went away. It came back, went away, then came back now. So, out of curiosity, I had the hood opened, and changed gears, the whole engine moves when I change gears and the car jerks (by whole engine I mean, the part with the air filter). Actually today, I opened the coolant cap, while the engine was off for about 2 minutes, and coolant fluid bursted out, so I put the cap  back on. The car, in reverse, will go up a hill without me pushing the gas. In drive too. Sorry for the length of this. Getting back soon so I can find the problem would be appreciated. Thank You.

Perform this test:

1. Ignition switch ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them

3. Watch the fuel data display and you will see LETTERS & NUMBERS appear and the display will finally stop at .7.0.
