Cadillac Repair: Low coolant, coolant level, engine coolant

Hello,

I have a 1994 Fleetwood with an LT1 engine.
When I start the car everything is normal but when I drive away the light "low coolant" comes on.If I lose the gas the light go out.And when I give gas again it comes on.
When the car is on temperature the light only comes on when I give much gas?
The coolant level is normal and doesn't go down anyway, so there is no leak I presume.
Is it a sensor ?

Make sure that the plastic radiator overflow jug by the fender is at the FULL MARK with engine coolant.

If it is LOW or EMPTY, Fill it up to the FULL mark when the engine is at normal operating temperature.

If you still have the same problem, look under the plastic overflow jug and you will see a 2 wire electrical sensor that you will need to replace.
