Cadillac Repair: 89 eldorado wheels, wheel hub, lug nuts

I am trying to find out what you would call the part of the wheel on my eldorado, behind the wire wheel cover, that is between the wheel hub and the lug nuts.  the locking lug connects to the center  and is covered by the cap.  The part has a star like appearance that the lugs hold to the wheel.

Hi Dennis,

      I looked in several shop manuals I have and none of them give it a name or even mention it. So if you need a technical name I would call the Caddy dealer parts department and ask. Otherwise I would call it a locking wheel cover hub. Bill
