I assume you mean "how do I change the foglamp bulb?"
On your car, simply remove the air deflector, disconnect the electrical connection at the bulb, then twist the bulb counter-clockwise and remove the bulb. Installation is just the reverse. Make sure to not touch the glass of the new bulb with your skin since oils on the glass will shorten the bulbs life.
