I NEED TO KNOW WHY MY SECURITY(DISABLE TO START)LIGHT IS NOT ALLOWING MY 1991 CADILLAC SEVILLE TO START?

Answer
1. You have a faulty ignition key.

2. You have a faulty ignition switch in the steering column where the key goes in.

3. You have a faulty PASS-KEY module box that is preventing the starter from receiving battery voltage from the PASS-KEY module in order to start the engine.
