Cadillac Repair: 1996 Cadillac DeVille Concours Trouble, cadillac deville concours, speedometer needle

Question
Hi there, I'm having trouble with my 1996 DeVille Concours. I've followed your previous advice for obtaining and clearing the codes and I'm still getting the orange Service Engine Soon light with "Sevice Emissions System" message. In addition, I am still getting the "Service Transmission" message coming up even after clearing the codes. The car has difficulty or simply will not fire up in the morning when I attempt to start it after sitting over night. The codes that continue to come up are: PC0131 History, PC0171 History, PC0174 History, PC0717 History, and RF2560 History. What do these codes mean exactly? Which sensors need replacing to take care of these continuing problems with the emissions system and transmission?

Answer
PC0131 = Right side oxygen sensor has low circuit voltage.

PC0171 = Right fuel trim is running LEAN.

PC0174 = Left fuel trim is running lean.

PC0717 = Turbine speed circuit has NO signal.

RF2560 = RFA message validation error. fault in your remote
        control system.

Is your speedometer DIGITAL or the old style ANALOG style (with the speedometer needle.?
