Cadillac Repair: Fuel Pump Prime Connector, electrical prints, fuel pump

I have 91 sedan deville and am trying to locate the fuel pump prime connector. All that the electrical prints tells me is that it has a red wire going to it. Do you know how I might find it and where it might be.

Hi Mike,

      They sure hide that connector well on the Deville. What you need to do is open the hood and remove the plastic panel up at the firewall. Then look on the passengers side where all the wires go into a connector and taped to the harness you should see the prime lead. With the key on jumper that wire to battery voltage, positive side of the battery, and the fuel pump is supposed to run.
