Cadillac Repair: Problem Codes with Cadillac, climate control system, theft deterrent system

Hi there, I require your expert assistance with my 1996 DeVille Concours because two things are happening now: The "Service Transmission" message is appearing on the display and as well the Service Engine Soon lights up with the message "Service Emission Control System." I followed previous advice about obtaining the codes through the climate control system and this is what came up this time: PC0131 History  PC0174 History  PC0300 History  PC0717 History  PC1520 History  PC1599 History  PC1626 History  IP2710 History and RF2560. If you could translate these codes for me so that I can understand what exactly they mean that would be great! Thanks for all of your help.      Trevor

The codes are as follows:
PC0131 - HO2S circuit low voltage bank 1, sensor 1
PC0174 - Fuel trim lean bank 2
PC0300 - Engine misfire detected
PC0717 - Input speed sensor no signal
PC1520 - Gear indicator system
PC1599 - Engine stall or near stall detected
PC1626 - Theft deterrent system fuel enable circuit
IP2710 - Pass-Key open/shorted key pellet before good key
RF2560 - RFA message validation error
