how much would it cost to change my 2 front BALL  JOINTS on a 95 cadillac deville..thanks for ur time

That would depend on several variables;
1. Are you doing the work yourself?
2. What area of the country are you in?
3. Do you intend to have the car aligned afterwards?

The ball-joint is a Moog #K5303 and in my area (central NJ) will cost you about $40ea. Labor time should take you well less than an hour if you are experienced but if you're paying someone to do it figure on about 2.5hrs book time as I recall.
