Cadillac Repair: 1996 caddy deville, number combinations, cadillac deville

hi my 96 cadillac deville since i owned it has said service ride control. i took it to my mechanic almost 2 years ago and he told me the problem was the front struts and i had them replaced but the car still says service ride control is there a way i can shut it off? please let me know thank you

Do this procedure:

1. Ignituion ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. on the fuel data display you will see letter/number combinations appear along with the word HISTORY or CURRENT.

4. When the display stops tell me EXACTLY what you saw as if you were video-taping the display.

5. Turn ignition OFF.
