Cadillac Repair: twin fan help, rear shocks, shock tower

Sir,
I have a 88' devile with two fans on the radiader that stays on even when the engine is off.  I have to disconect the battery to stop them from running, or the battery will run down.  Any help??  Thank You.

In the engine compartment on the front side of the drivers shock tower next to the air pump for the rear shocks you will see 3 relays grouped together. Disconnect one relay and see if the fans stop.

If not reconnect the relay and disconnect the other relay and see if the fans stop. If not, reconnect the relay and disconnect the last relay and see if the fans stiop.

If they fans stop when you disconnect one of the relays, replace that relay that you disconnected.
