QUESTION: Thank you for your response. How do you adjust the module (programmer) Correctly? Are there any heat sensors and if so where are they located? We are now able to get heat but no air conditioning. If it goes down into air conditioning it will not go back up to heat without a lot of trying.

Answer
what you need to do is remove the metal rod that is located on top of the AC/HEATER programmer and put the system of full heat and the plastic programmer arm should come towards you. Wait 3 minutes and pull the threaded rod all the way towards you and snap it in the clip on the programmer.
