Cadillac Repair: 1990 cadillac deville, vacuum hoses, vacuum line

Hi i have a question. my caddy runs rough when driving and sitting. A neighbor pulled up codes and it read "e52 .7.0" . what does this mean? the only thing i can find is pcm/ecm battery disconnect problems on the internet but i dont think this is the problem. can you help?

E52 only means that the battery power was disconnected from the vehicle at sometime in the past and has NOTHING to do with your current problem.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as an electrical and or vacuum line may have been knocked loose. Look around in the area where work was performed.

Did you look for broken or cracked vacuum hoses ?.
