My window will not roll up, but I can still hear the motor running.  Can I fix this without going to the dealer?

Hi Cindy,

     The first thing that needs to be done is to remove the door panel and see whats broke. Then you will be able to answer your question. If you don't know how to remove the door panel yourself then you will eithor need to take the car to your mechanic or the dealer which ever you want to do. Bill
