So I have replaced the fan motor and relay and the code has returned within 5 minutes of driving with A/C on. I checked code and it says B441 history? Any Idea? Does the radiator have a sensor on it?
ANSWER: You need to ERASE that code from the computer.
1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.
2. Simultaneously push and hold the oFF and WARMER buttons for 3 seconds and release them.
3. After the code displays you will see ECM?
4. Push and release the LO button and you will see BCM?
5. Push and release the HI button and you will see BCM DATA?
6. Keep pressing and releasing the LO button until you see BCM CLEAR CODES?
7. Push and release the HI button and you will see BCM CODES CLEAR.
8. Wait 3 seconds and push and release the AUTO button and turn OFF the ignition.
9. Drive the car and see if the fans come back ON.

AnswerClear the code and start the car and immediately start manipulating all the wires and controls that have to do with the fan and have another person watch the light and see if you can get it to come on before the 5 minutes is up.
