Cadillac Repair: 96 Cadillac Deville Concous, rear wheel speed, wheel hubs

I own a Cadillac Deville Concurs 96 error message flashes service ride control RS0060 & RS0061 I looked at this problem in this web site and found out it a position sensor fault. How Can I fix this does it half to do something with the rims I put on it. I also had to change the hub assembly on the right side and connected every thing right back. I also have these other error messages:
PC0603
              PC1520
              TC0033 CURENT
              PZ1558
              PZ1971
              PZ2473
              PZ2550
              PZ2088
My A/C don’t work either It blows very little air when I’m in the highway. But once I stop there is no flow its just cold no mater what speed it’s in. If u can help me I will greatly appreciated.

TC0033 CURENT = Right rear wheel speed sensor continuity fault.

First you need to check all the wires at all the wheel hubs to make sure they are clean and tight.

Second you need to CLEAR (erase) ALL the codes from the computer via the climate control panel.
