Saab: Fuel pump relay, fuel pump relay location

Question
I have a 1995 900 convertible, that will turn over but not start.  Can you tell me where the relay is located and if it interchangeable with any other relays.  Thanks for any reply.

 As noted in my profile, my hands on experience is limited to the older (Pre-1994) 900s. On those the fuel pump relay is located behind a panel on the right (outer) wall of the passenger foot space...after peeling away the carpet, one can get access. I have listed a procedure for testing the fuel pump relay amongst my earlier answers which may be of interest. Whether it applies to your model year or not, I cannot be sure.
 Also,on the earlier 900s, the fuel pump relay was the same as several others in the vehicle.
